Help installing software on a netbook...without a disc drive!

Hello,
I need to install a program onto my netbook - but it doesn't have a CD/DVD drive. I do have one on the desktop PC though. Is there a way I can connect the two machines so that I can use the PC disc drive to install the programs onto the netbook? I have a wireless router... and lots of cables!![:o]( ":o")
