now when i think about it something simular happend one time when i was playing wolf, that time i thought it was coz of my gf3 oc so i set it back to normal.

I have oc my 2500+ to 3200+ @ stock vcore and it worked fine running prime for a couple of hours. Could it be that i need more vcore ??

Yes it could be! I had my 1800+ to 2400+ @ 1.675v and everything worked fine with my computer (Prime95, playing games etc). Sometimes though while I was doing video encoding for a couple of hours the software used to crash. This was solved only after I raised vcore voltage to 1.7v.

Although not directly related (slightly off the topic), one of the most underlooked aspects in stability problems in gaming and reboot errors, often is the PSU. Too much of the time it's the culprit we wouldn't suspect. They can be so picky sometimes on which voltage levels they want, etc.

Just watch which PSU you have and never omit the possibility it might be the one causing some stability problems.

well my psu is equal or better than Enermax so i dont think thats the problem, so i will try to raise vcore.

another problem i have is that sometimes when i start my computer it says "the computer has been restored after a serious problem", but i sure didnt have any problems when i turned it off ???

if you using xp/2000 right click my computer. go to the advanced tab. click setting under startup and recovery. uncheck automaticaly restart under system failure. now try to get the game to crash. you should be able to see the bsod error now. write down everything and post back here.

I have found that the north bridge tends to heat more than my 2500+. Try to put some active cooling, like leave the cover off and have a portable fan suck the air out of the case. If this stops the problem, then you are in the same boat. I've had to slow to just over 2.2 gigs until I figure how to add a fan.

How can you say you hate computers when you are operating them in a manner in which they are not meant to be operating? I'm sure you'd have no problems at all if you run all the parts at normal speeds. Is there really a noticeble difference in your games with the overclocked and non-overclocked speeds (besides the crashing)?

That's like pushing a 100 shot of NOS or huge boost through your car and then wonder why your engine blew up.
