"unspecified error" stops install of "Adobe Reader11"
Last response: in Windows 7
Hi, unable to complete the installation of either 1: the latest Adobe Flash Player and 2: Adobe Reader11...no problem with the actual downloads, however while running its security scan after downloading, an error message box appears reading "C:\Users\Thomas\App Data\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\AXEBI4CT\AdbeRdr11000_en_US.exe ...unspecified error....." (this particular message was for "Adobe Reader"; for "Adobe Flash Player" a similar message appears) ...stopping everything and therefore unable to install! Please help...DC
