Startup Repair Problems

I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. My computer all the sudden bsod on me yesterday. My computer was asleep and when I woke it up it glitched out and gave the bsod. It tried to repair itself on the reboot but was unable to come up with anything. It says if I have recently attached anything new blah blah blah remove it. That doesn't apply nothing has changed.

It gives me the problem signatures but I don't really know what they are telling me.

Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline
Problem Signature 01: 0.0.0.0
Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem Signature 03: unknown
Problem Signature 04: 21200137
Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover
Problem Signature 06: 23
Problem Signature 07: CorruptFile
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

I can not boot in safemode it gets stuck right after it gives me the option to go to the bios
I can not System Restore. It fails and says "system restore failed while copying the registry from the restore point. (0x80070570)
It gives that with any restore point I choose.
No system image backup

I tried repairing using my bootable usb with win7 on it. That just brings me back to the system recovery options and doesn't repair anything.

I have my operating system on a SSD and all my other info on a HDD. (useful info??)

Any help would be nice. I don't know what made it freak out on me.

Update: I have tried running the command prompt and running sfc/scannow but it says there is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again.
