Here is a simpler way to reinstall the IE & OE:
Insert the WinXP CD-ROM into your CD-ROM Drive,and then run "rundll32.exe
setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%£ÜInf£Üie.inf"
