Splinter cell chaos theory error download on pc

I downloaded the splinter cell chaos theory but in the middle of my download it says that error cathastrophic error, blabla it says many things and it just close the window and just stops the download why does the download is not working?! here's my computer specs o.s. - windows 7 ultimate, processor - intel core2duo, video card - 358mb, i have directx 10 but why is this happening?! can you please help me..

i just downloaded it from piratebay..and the second time i bought it from my friend..and it's fake..so please help me..
