Hello--

More maverick questions, although this applies to basically every
cabinet. :)

1) Is it semigloss, satin, gloss, etc as far as type of paint on a
normal cabinet?

2) Is autobody putty recommended for chips along the edges?

3) What's the best way to find a match for a color, and where to get
the colors at?

Thanks! I've got a couple banged up corners and a burn mark that I'd
like to fix--anything would be better than what it is now.

Aaron,
If you haven't gone to Marvin's site yet, you can get some great
pointers there:http://marvin3m.com/restore/index1.htm. I also
recommend the TOP dvd's as Norm and Shaggy take you step by step
through many of the resortoration procedures.

Hope this helps.

I did check out what he had there (tons of great information).
Unfortunately, I couldn't really find anything regarding cabinet
touchup (there's cabinet restoring and totally repainting, but nothing
like filling in holes and stuff--unless I'm missing it). Thanks!

Aaron
