Phaser 780P

I have a Phaser 780P and I am getting an image of a square I tested months ago on startup and takes 3 sheets to clean itself up. I have tried replacing the imaging unit but has not corrected this, does the accumulator belt or belt cleaner need replacing. I am also getting ghosting from the image before on new prints does it require an eraser lamp also?

Sounds like a fuser issue.

I thought it may be a fuser problem also but I checked the sheet before it entered the fuser and the image was on the paper and did not come from the fuser.


Ghosting is my big issue and have read about replacing the erase lamp, would this remove the ghosting
