Laptop issue

Hello,
i got a problem with my laptop. it doesn't allow me to visit my bank site only. i can visit all other sites. i am using broadband. also i can't open my marketmaker software. i talk with broadband company and they told me to do system recovery and i did still it doesn't work.
Please help.

it could be a security or cookie setting in IE
