There is one that you cannot beat. It is called Brain signal command to fingers that pass it on to the keyboard. It is completely Free.

All joking aside I do not know of any personally. I never had to rely on any and never even thought about putting one in.. Some claim they do this and they do that but I am very vary of those programs since they can occasionally cause more harm than good. If you think and watch what you add ,defrag,empty cookies,Tif,Temp, etc and generally be careful you computer will run just great.

First step is to NOT install apps that phone home regularly and/or
install spyware.

In other words, suppose you are installing a new printer. Choose
selective install, and only put in the driver, NOTHING else.
