Pc keyboard right numbers not

Hello,
My PC keyboard right numbers are not working. I've checked mouse key from ease of access and it is not on. i tuned off and unpluged the computer and still did not help.
Does somebody have another idea?
Please help.

Is your NUM LOCK key on?
