Frames Per Sec Estimate?

Hey, I was wondering if you guys could tell me how much FPS(approx.) i would get on Black Ops from this budget gaming rig:

Case: Super SF800 with 700w PSU
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-880-UD3H MB - AMD 880G + SB850
CPU: Phenom II Quad Core 965 3.4Ghz Black Edition
Graphics Card: GeForce nVidia GTS450 1gig with 750w PSU upgrade
Harddrive: 500gig Seagate SATA2 HDD
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

If there is away of estimating FPS i'd very much appreciate it if you tell me how,
my graphics preference is on Medium or High, If you can tell me which one would run smoothly, or with both will.

Would help to know what resolution you plan to game at.

Though I'd venture to guess that even at 1920 x 1080 you should be able to run pretty steady at about 45-60 fps even with 2 to 4 x AA, full AF and all settings maxed out. If you dropped it to 1600 x 1200 (or similar resolution), you'd probably hang around 60 or above pretty consistently.
