Beats problems

Hello,
i think my beats right earcup has burst. im hearing sounds like "zzzttztttztztztzzzzt". i only had it for a week and i take care of it like it's gold. i dont play my music too loud. I also found out that it might be a little loose cause instead of just being able to move up and down, it can move left and right too. anyone facing the same problem? and if anyone knows how i can fix it please help! thanks.

I hear it too but only when playing BF3.. I haven't found a fix to that

if you only had it for a week and its defective......return it

buy something worthwhile instead like audiotechnica ath-m50's you'll be happier.

i dont play games using my beats lol i use steelseries headphones instead.
you play BF3 on PSN or XBL? i play on PSN, just got the game not long ago
