HP Color LaserJet 2605

Hi, I have the HP Color Laser Jet 2605.I change color cartridge more often. I checked the "Supplies Status" and it showed that we printed only 14 pages and they are empty.But the Black color we printed 613 pages and we still have 80% available. We do not print pictures, only fonts and other.

It can be a faulty program, that or miss evaluates the different amounts or samples the cartridges wrong.

When you say that you change the cartridges often, it's because the color on the sheet comes faded, or because the program indicates that is no more ink left?

Try reinstalling the program using an updated driver, that is adequate for your system.

Try reinstalling the cartridge itself.

If none of the above works, and it's really a malfunctioning program (Assuming that the cartridges are fine), so you have two options:
1. Live with it.
2. Take it to the near HP laboratory or HP certificated technician.

You can also disable the ink monitoring by setting it to diagnostic mode, i.e. just in case it doesn't print when it thinks the ink levels are too low.
