How to uninstall program not in programs and features list

I use a free program called ccleaner it has a good uninstall feature, if you cant uninstall with that then DEPENDING on what program it is you are trying to uninstall then delete the folder from where it is installed and run the reg cleaner utility to remove the installed program from the registry of your pc. Delete files at your own risk and i stress the fact your own risk. Its not an ideal way of removeing installed software from your pc and must only be used as a last resort.
