Uninstall program

I have the program Start navigator Helper installed in my computer,and I
can`t uninstall it no mether what I do.

Can anibody please give me some help on this metter?

Your little .gif says "Get Hotbar's Premium Version". Hotbar is malware.

No, of course not. A .gif is an image file. I told the OP that the .gif
she attached showed that she had Hotbar on your system, which *is*
malware. This has nothing to do with .gif's.
