slk900a heatsink

was wondering if you think this heatsink is too heavy
for a 3 clip design ? opinions
I use the slk800u for my main system
but in the process of building a spare system
running a 2500 barton on a soltek sl-75mrn-l (nforce 2)
it doesn't have mounting holes for the u series
also SVC here in the states is selling the 900a for
$20 + ship
think I'm ok as long as I dont move the PC around ???
