How to open my LCD monitor?

I got a LG flatron W2442PA and my problem is that the rubber thingy on the side of panel is displace for some reason I dont know how it happened.

So I think I need to open my monitor to fix it up but I have no idea how to open it. I dont see any screw

any help would be appreciated thanks!

In my now considerable experience of opening flatscreen monitors the issue is concealed clips. On some there's a small gap you can get a penknife blade into to release the clip. on others it's pure guesswork.

Given that most monitors with this kind of fixing will suffer cosmetically when opened, you're probably better off putting up with the rubber thingie.
