How do u get on a full screen webcam

Hello,
i was in a place woth wi-fi last week and there was a lady there who was talking to someone on there webcam. i do know how to do webcam, But this lady had it on full screen and i dont know how to do it

Was she using Skype? What video conference program do you use?
If you're using Skype there is the usual Minimize and Full Screen buttons on the Skype chat window to help you get into full screen mode. You can re-size the Skype window just like you can any other program window.
