Athlon 64 3400 when?

I decided that I will buy athlon 64 3200 with radeon9800xt. I'm ready to order it from newegg.. but I just read somewhere that athlon 64 3400 is coming very soon... I dont know.. maybe I should wait.. Anyone know when 3400 will be released?
