How to solve hard disk problem that writing is blue

My Driver(D) all folder color is blue .please help me..........

right click on the drive in explorer and deselect the compress data option...

Blue folders usually means it's compressed. If you right-click the folder and go to the properties, you should be ably to un-check the compression box.
