Fat, Drunk, and Stupid is no way to go through life Son.
The Palomino is a larger chip and more square in shape. The T-bred went to the .13 micron process and it is a much smaller chip and is more of a rectangle shape. The color of the substrate means nothing. Brown or green are often seen on the same speed grade of chip.
FYI, bothe of your chips are tbreds. The brown one is an old style tbred-a, the green one is the tbred-b. The tbred-b is a much cooler running chip. It is generally a much better overclocker than the A-core chips.
