Have To Upgrade BIOS?

I have had to add a PCI card to my Dimensions E510 so that I can program EEPROMs. I have to flash the EPROMS using the EPP Mode, but can not find it. Is there a BIOS upgrade I can download with it, or an other program I can install that will change the bios.
