Add New Area

I think its time to add a new area directly related to "System Building". I think this area should be located above the "Component" selection. It will limit posting every where else relating to future, next, & faster systems.
It will allow more posts to be listed relating to each specific topic.

i think the areas are fine in toms(except for the lack of software programming.) And who needs system building when you can spank shadus' monkey.
