Troubleshoot Printer Problem

Hello,
I had a paper jam of about 15 pages at once. Ipulled them out the front. Now the green light stays on and the bottom orange light keeps flashing. Every 30 seconds or so something inside the carriage area attemps to move but is unnsuccessful. Any ideas out there?

Sounds like the sheer bulk of paper or your efforts to free them have pushed part of the mechanism or a sensor out of line -- disassembly may be the only option.
