msn zone games

My pc came with zone games like checkers, hearts etc. For
3 days i cannot connect. I do not receive an error. The
box comes up then the little box in the lower left with
the Z on it just spins trying to connect. I wish someone
had the answer. I love playing the games. Where do we find
an answer to this problem? I use DSL without any problems
in the past.
