i was wondering if the fsb had a good effect on speed.

would a athlon 2700+ (oced to 3200+ with 200 fsb) win again a p4 3.2 ghz with 133fsb

My own beast: Athlon 2700xp+ (oc: 3200xp+ with 200fsb) , Radeon 9800pro (oc: 410/370) , 512mb ddr400. SO MUCH faster than my last computer (pIII 550......)

They don't make a p3 @ 3.06.

Just giving you a hard time I know you ment p4.

xp3200 @ 200fsb VS p43.06 @ 133 fsb quad pumped.
I'd sy that would be close to a ti with each one winning at diferent benchies.

The new and improved THG might claim Intel the winner comparing these 2 processors other web sites might declare AMD the winner.

It depends what kinda benchies you concentrate on. Lots of video, mp3, compression, intel has advantage. Lots of office productivity games AMD might have the advantage.

Overall a close match.. I'd give the edge to Intel if I had to guess.

If I glanced at a spilt box of tooth picks on the floor, could I tell you how many are in the pile. Not a chance, But then again I don't have to buy my underware at Kmart.
