Can't Open Recovered Files

my add drive just changed and gave me only option of formating which i did and used data recovery to recover the data latter, but some of my files are not opening even though they are all recovered. what can i do becos these files are very important to me?

Possibly try a different recovery software, even if you can see the files does not mean the data structure for them is correct.
