Can't delete empty folder

I accidentally created a folder in C:\Users\Name\ called "Videos". I am the administrator on my computer and I am set to have full access to this folder, but I can't delete it (it says I need permission to delete the folder). The folder is completely empty too, if that matters.

  1. You might need to change the ownership and permissions (right click, properties, security advanced a.s.o)

I have full access to the folder in permissions. It says "Unable to display current owner", and when I try to set myself as owner, I get the error "Unable to set owner on Videos. Access Denied."
  3. what about safe mode.... or make new folder, drag that into it and then delete ?
  4. Try to enable the Built-in Administrator Account: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/507-built-administrator-account-enable-disable.html
    and then permissions.
