Cloned a 160 GB to a 320 GB hard drive on my Dell Inspiron 6000 and XP won't boo

Anyway, HOW did you clone the drive, what software did you use, and did you enter the BIOS and change the boot order to the new drive first, and take the old drive completely out of the boot order. As the old drive will now NOT be bootable if you did this correctly.
