New LAN Party Game?

Greetings,

Me and my friends hold frequent LAN parties. We have played Starcraft and Counter-Strike to death. We're looking for a new game. I was thinking some sort of fly and die game, like an air combat game. Does anyone know of a good one? I havent played one of these type of games since "Terminal Velocity", so I'm not really not sure whats good at the moment. I would also be glad to take opinions on other types of games too, whatever you guys play.

We've tried new games, but one of our problems is "aging" technology. Some people have 2600+, while others have 400mhz k6-2, and everywhere in between. So our options are kind of limited on where we can go with new games. Most people are going to be upgrading/getting new computers over the summer though, so we should be ok soon enough.

We just need some good, new games to play. We are all tired of the current games.

If you're looking for a great game that plays good on older machines (trust me, same thign happens here) try something like Worms Armegeddon.

Or if you're looking for an extremely old school fly&die type game, find one of the older Wing Commander games, or Star Trek StarFleet Academy

Startrek Command I or II should run okay on those systems. It is a fly&die+a bit of strategy rolled into one. Also I like the Delta Force Series and DF2 should run okay on a lot of these systems. You could try something like Allegiance by MS, this which is kinda like SFC I or II <A HREF="http://www.andromeda9.com" target="_new">http://www.andromeda9.com</A>, Bethesda has Echelon (though this may be a little too high end), maybe this one though I can't tell which game is which there are 3 with the X in the name and one was released in '01 <A HREF="http://www.egosoft.com/X/" target="_new">http://www.egosoft.com/X/</A>
