Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.general (More info?)

When I try to open an HTML file, Picture, it does not open only displays text
of file. I have tried to open it in Netscape and IE. This is a recent problem
how do I fix?

Sounds like you MSHTML has been corrupted.. Re-install IE and it should be
alright (i think) ;O)
