Dropped laptop and freezes startup screen

if you dropped the laptop, it probably the hard drive.

take the battery out and check that the ram on the bottom of the laptop still seated.

the problem is that it was working after been dropped .
this problem started the day after,
is it making any sense????

try smorizio sugestion first.....

after that u can try use boot able 3rd parties disk checking tools for check the HDD.... (DL and burn them)...

other than that u will need to go to service center... (It might requires to open up the laptop, it will void the waranty)
