[I Know Nothing]

Hi, my OKI C3100 will not print.
The amber light on the LED screen next to the Green light is flashing on and off or simply stays solid.

I know I am low on Black toner but still got mor or less 18% left on it.

Please advice.

Is it giving you an error message on the printer or on your computer? If so, what is it? Or is the light indicating that it is low on ink?
