I attempted to download your new update. Now I`m screwed!! I can not download the update nor can I access my account now. I am not able to open your site. The message reads that I already have a registered account and that I need to pay you again to view. I am not happy! You need to reset my account so that I may reload the whole account. I am giving you the opportunity to fix this matter. I paid you and should be able to contact you directly. The online live helper I could not open. Please renew my belief in fair business practices in this country.

my laptop recently crashed and I lost satellite direct I try to put it on with my e-mail that you sent me but it does not work it tells me is not valid I have Windows 7 and I would need another e-mail to install it again. Thank you I appreciate your time. My e-mail is yorktownal@optonline.net
