Yes, we all have our pinball acquisition dreams, some even prove out to
be attainable! The 4 games I still need bad for my Bally collection
they made less than 100 each of, so I don't know whether I'm in worse
shape than you or not. Somehow I've managed to find some of the other
machines they made about the same amounts or less on, so it keeps
renewing my faith!
BTW: John, would it be asking too much for you to go over to Kevin's
place at K & K up there in Michigan and steal his Six Shooter machine
for me? You'll be paid well...and I'll be down to only needing 3 more
games. (LOL!!). Then there's that Double Up game out in SoCal....that
Boot a Ball in Italy that Croci has, and the supposedly non-existent
Bulls Eye machine that some French guy says he has. Can you tell I look
around pretty hard?

Speaking of holy grail stuff, time for another Bally Cosmos parts
wanted. Still need a backglass, playfield, plastics, etc. They made
3000 of these, so it's easy by comparison, right? :)

Brian,

If Kevin would ever let that game go, i'd be all over it. Its been a few
years since i seen it but i'm sure he's taking care of it. Ya know, i never
noticed how much you keep your eye out for some of those rarity games......
;) Nope, never have noticed. I'm sure at the rate your finding all the
other ones that you've already crossed off your list that the last 3-4 will
come along in due time. Patience my friend , patience !!

Yeah, Brian. That's always baffled me too. Some of the Bally and Williams games of
the sixties were produced in reasonably high numbers, but you just don't see them anywhere.
The EM Gottliebs that were produced in low numbers seem to turn up. Although they made
only 235 or so copies of "Pleasure Isle", I've seen quite a few of them, and have even seen
a couple on eBay. I was recently at the home of a new collector who has been buying up
games lately, and he had a "Lariat", and two "Rock Star"(s). A couple of years ago, there
were two "Bristol Hills" machines for sale in the flea market at the Allentown show.
Strangely though, I went there to pick up a Bally "Big Day" (only saw one other one ever),
and there was a second one for sale at the same show. Sometimes they just come out of the
woodwork it seems. Just wait, once one EM "Angels" appears, it'll start raining 'em!
