I I have windows 7 where can i find the drivers for xbox 360 controller

If it's wired, plug it in and it'll just work.
If it's wireless, you'll need to get a USB receiver for it.

Yep, but don't expect the left and right triggers to work without extra software. Windows sees both triggers as one axis, so if you pull one it is full to one direction and the other way around for the other trigger. So if you pull both it would be as if you didn't pull either. If you want to use both triggers independently, that will not work with the standard driver.

Xpadder makes this worry a thing of the past though, great piece of software
