How to turn wireless switch on my HP2000

MY DAUGHTER TURNED OFF THE WI-FI ON HER HP 2000 HOW DO WE GET IT TO ENABLE. THE WI-FI BUTTON COLOR IS RED AND SHOULD BE BLUE.

The manual shows where all the keyboard controls are located.
The controls for the wi fi, audio volume, etc...are built into the keyboard.
Pressing certain keys turns the wi fi on and off. Pressing certain keys turns the sound volume up and down...and more...
BUT to find "which" keys, you need the manual, which can be downloaded in entirety.
