Problem on loading operating system

yesterday i have installed windows 7 32 bit operating system in my computer,
after that i have installed software in it, and ihave restart it and it was showing "error in loading operating system "
i have noticed that my pendrive has been pluged in the computer, and i had unplugged it and then restart it by pressing restart button and it working fine,
for testing the same i do the same thing with diff pendrives, every time i am having same problem....
what is the reason??

Hi, Check in BIOS, Boot Menu and if the Removable Device is set as the 1st one, set the HDD/SSD with the OS installed on it as the primary boot device..
