Besides the ones you mentioned you could try allstarshop.com

I prefer and recommend newegg. Whoever you choose, double check with resellerratings.com

I agree with Dhlucke, newegg is preferred. I build gaming machines & if I tallied up what I've ordered from them in the last year, it would top $10,000. Always super fast (I'm in MI & it's 3 days tops) & I've never had a wrong product from them. I sent 1 ASUS Nforce board back because it wasn't rev. 2.0 they sent me. No problem.

Proff133 gave me Excaliber PC at that time. They advertise the rev. on some of there stuff. I reordered form them to get the Rev. 2.0 board & they were a tad more expensive & 2 days longer in shipping, but I couldn't complain.

newegg is it for me. Come to think of it, I ought to own stock in it or something, the $$$ I spend there!

Dazzle them with Brilliance, or Baffle them with BS!

I use accupc.com a lot. Newegg is awesome as well.
I've never used tigerdirect but i heard good things about them as well.

For case modding FrozenCPU.com is pretty good. Case modding only though.

I had problems getting my new motherboard on time for newegg, paid extra for same day sending and next day air, ordered Thursday morning arrived Monday.

Problem was they listed the board in stock but they were relying on another company to fill orders for it. That other company? ZipZoomFly!

I tend to not trust an online company that has to change it's name.

Zipzoomfly was googlegear. Why the change?

I don't know. I just know they held up my Newegg order sourced through them when I needed the part right away for a review on another part!

Newegg. I buy quite a bit from them. The service is very good and if you do get something that is defective, they will take care of it. I had an Epox 8rda+ that went bad after 8 month and the gave me a full refund as the board was no longer being made. Even if I found something a little cheaper somewhere else, I would still buy it from Newegg.

I made the stupid mistake of ordering majority of components from ZipZoomFly. I ordered a couple from Newegg and they shipped the same day. ZipzoomFly wouldn't even respond to emails about why the order wasn't shipped. They suck. I would have ordered everything from Newegg. I tried to save money because Newegg charges shipping and tax since I am in NJ. I am not making this mistake again. I will pay a little more and get good service than go with this putrid outfit in California.

Well, you do have to watch out with newegg. They tend to strike special deals with manufacturers to get stuff cheap. Often this involves cutting components or add-ons that you might not be aware of. And of course they have that disclaimer on every page *due to manufacturer version updates..blah blah blah* so when you complain they say it's a manufacturer update when in actual fact it's a deal newegg asked for in order to get cheaper products.

Well you can understand why someone who paid $46 for next day delivery including rush processing would be upset about having to wait 4 days for their package!

I've always been a New egg fan but receintly I have found my new source! It is called Upgrade Source and they take care of business! I live in Southern California so the thought of no sales tax is apealling and on top of that ...free shipping on everything! The prices are Great and they have warehouses all through the US (even 1 in LA) The free shipping materialized a new Case and PSU at my doorstep in less then 24 hours.

Your local shop, might pay more but warrenty replacement, support, and timely delivery are easier IMO. Im also a support the local guy person.

If this post has attitude, seems to be overly aggressive, rude, distasteful to 99% of the users here, and shows a zealous defense of Intel... It’s probably Spud.

Don't you have a local P.C store you can go to and have them order the parts for you ?

If I want a Part I take it home from the shop if I have to back order it for myself I get pissy and go to the other guys shop down the road and buy the thing from him I hate waiting.

I love instant gratification It must have something to do with the 70's and that Beautiful Blond Jamaican Hash they shipped up in to Canada all during the 70's I never smoked any of it and my brain works perfectly :)

I would love to patronize local shops, but the few specialty shops in my area charge nearly double the online prices. Then you've got the big stores like CompUSA that sell no-name 300W PSUs for $90.
