Stuck at safemode logon screen after updates windows

Hello,
i had a problem. my laptop was stucked at safemode log on screen. because after i updates my windows, i go to msconfig and set boot as safe minimal. so, when i want enter safemode i cant! because the laptop need to finish the updates.
its same when i want to start windows normally, i cant! because i had a safe mode minimal.

what should I do!! pliiiizzzz!! help me!! ;'(
