You may not use the license on a second computer. Assuming it is an OEM license it is tied to the first computer and will not transfer. If this is a legitimate request for help provide us with more info and we can fix it for you.

If your only after a free key. They do not exist and you need to purchase a copy from Microsoft.  .

You can also try calling Microsoft and explaining things to them, if the other computer is totally dead.
