PC on won\'t boot up after installing Windows 7 64bit

Hi, This is what happen. my hard drive crashed.I got a new one and put it in my laptop.Then i got windows 7 home primium , I installed it. When to the whole prosses everything is fine. did all the updates and downloaded them . I download Norton antivirus and everithing still fine. the next day start the computer and everything still fine. there were more updates to download i follow all the steps. it ask me to restart the pc,but still were some downloading going on. i said yes to restart and the pc never start again. I'm been trying with differece step that i reading in your web side, like cleanning the disk, pressing f9, f1 ,f10 with the dvd w7 in and out.
please if you can give me some help
