I recently uninstalled Norton 360 (outdated) to install a new and different software. But I noticed that after the uninstall, I no longer had use of my DVD-RW drive.
I checked the Device manager which revealed this message (Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39))
