Hello,we needed a new black ink cartridge and the one we ordered on line(possibly reconditioned) only printed on the right 1/2 of the paper. So we bought a new one from Office Max and it's better but still has very weak printing on about 2" on the left side.
I have taken it out and shakened it several times, but it doesn't get any better. I also replaced the drum chip but that didn't help.Will it work its way out if we run more copies? It had worked perfectly until we replaced the cartridge. We never had the problem before.
