Buying a new System

Could I get a few opinions on the system I have speced out.

Antec Sonata case (woried about the 1 fan)
ABIT IS7
Intel 2.6C
2 sticks of Crucial 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-2700 OEM (or should I get 3200)
Western Digital Special Edition 120GB 7200RPM IDE HD - OEM
Sony CDRW - CD/DVD - Floppy

Id apreciate any info and have marked my concers next to each item.

You'll need pc3200 memory to get the full benefit of your p4. I would also go with a separate cd-rw and dvd; they cost about the same as some combos. One case fan should be adequate.

If you going to have one fan in/out then you need to have 1 fan out/in to promote irrigation.

It sounds like a great build. Might I ask why you're going with Intel for the CPU?

Also, what video card do you plan on using?
