Epson printers -deep cleaning service on line

Hello,
my epson R300 printer is giving me problems. I changed the inks as required. First I got just faint parallel lines so I gave it 4 consecutive nozzle cleans. Now it goes through the motions but there is nothing on the paper. How can I give it a deep cleaning as I don't know what else it could be?

after a few cleans if nothing is happening, you are either, out of ink, or the ink purge pump is not working properly. Check you have the cartridges installed properly and any packaging tape removed. If you have not been using epson ink, well you can pretty much blame the generic ink.
