disk defragmenter

A friend of mine recently got herself a dell with windows xp home on it ,
when she went in to defrag the system it told her defrag wasn t
installed.Where can I find a copy of the defragmenter to load .She doesn t
have xp installation disc.It was preloaded.

put the above command on the run line

R-click on "C:" in My Computer, select Properties, Tools
