Dear Friends
I purchased Windows 7 PRO gen Software and loaded in my Gateway Laptop. It was working well for Last two years but now the motherboard chip has gone damaged and I have bought a new DOS based Laptop of SAMSUNG. Can the Windows 7 pro (CD are with me) be used with this new Laptop if the old laptop is not repaired?

nope, its an oem version and its linked to the motherboard of the original system.
