Vewy quiet HSF for P3 1GHz

I need a tip for a very quiet (possibly passive?) Heatsink and Fan for a p3 1GHz, and it would be great if someone could recommend a quiet PSU as well. The PSU does not need a lot of power since this is just a server with two hard drives, tnt2 and 2 Nics (No cd-rom or floppy).

a falcon rock...and remove the fan...if you have decent case ventallation this should do it.

For psu any fortron 200-300w psu will be more than enough...and they are really cheep.
